The mold is returned to the factory for inspection to confirm whether the material and hardness complies with the design requirements and to inspect for correct engraving details and check for any defects.
Sample round
Sample will be arranged for trial production for record purposes in each workshop to verify whether there are abnormal points in the product production process and improve the process where necessary.
Product performance test
Product performance test will be done on sample product. There are three (3) types of tests which consist of Impact Testing, Cornering Test and Radial Test to verify whether the product performance meets the standard requirements.
Product appearance confirmation
Checking to confirm the appearance of the product. Ensuring the appearance and verify whether it is as per design requirement without any other visible flaw.
